Event Details

The big changes in schools and early years’ structures and funding are outlined at this event by The SDSA’s Strategic Primary Head and the Director of the Secondary Education Improvement Partnership plus a member of the City Council’s Early Years team.  Topics covered will include changes in funding for schools; types of school (including teaching schools, free schools, faith schools, academies and federations); raising aspirations in pupils; changes in Early Years provision and the role creative practitioners can play in this new world. Short presentations will be followed by a Question and Answer session.


Refreshments will be provided


Please note this event is only free to residents of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. For attendees outside these counties, there will be a charge of £5 that is payable on the door. Cash & cheques accepted. Please make cheques payable to Leicestershire County Council
